ORANGE YOU GLAD IT’S GOT TEQUILA?

Fill a cocktail shaker 2/3 full of ice. Add 1½ oz. tequila, ¾ oz. orange liqueur and ¾ oz. cooled espresso. Stir with a long spoon (do not shake) for 30 to 60 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a strip of orange peel, if desired.

GREYHOUND BEERTAIL

Pour 2 oz. chilled fresh grapefruit juice into the bottom of a wine glass or champagne flute. Stir in ½ oz. agave syrup or honey until blended. Top with 4 oz. chilled light beer. Serve immediately.

THE BASIL BERRY

Muddle 2 chopped basil leaves and 2 chopped strawberries in the bottom of a glass. Pour into a champagne flute, and top with 4 oz. sparkling wine. Garnish with a fresh basil sprig, if desired.

COFFEE AMARO AMORE

Fill a cocktail shaker 2/3 full of ice. Add 1½ oz. rye or bourbon, ¾ oz. amaro liqueur and ½ oz. cold espresso. Stir with a long spoon (do not shake) and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a stemmed cherry, if desired.

COCO LOCO

Fill a cocktail shaker 2/3 full of ice. Add 4 oz. coconut water, 2 oz. coconut rum and 1 oz. coconut milk. Shake vigorously. Strain over ice into an 8 oz. glass.
