Fourteen years ago, actress Viola Davis walked down the aisle to say “I do,” and on Friday she made it clear that the flame is still going strong.
To commemorate this milestone, the How to Get Away with Murder star, 51, tweeted a photo from her 2016 vow renewal to actor Julius Tennon. She is emphatic about how he changed her life for the better, making it “sweeter” and “richer.”
“I love you like a big ole dog!!!” she says in the post.
Davis and Tennon, 63, tied the knot in 2003, and expanded their family eight years later when they adopted their daughter, Genesis.

It is no wonder the couple made it to their ivory anniversary, though — as Davis previously told PEOPLE, the couple seems to have the secret to marriage all figured out.
“It’s about the everyday,” she shared. “Every day is like a date.”
How to Get Away with Murder returns to ABC this fall.
