Dealing with lawyers can be quite frustrating – even when you’re a vampire.

Warning: True Blood Spoilers Ahead.

Facing mortality for the first time in over 100 years, Bill (Stephen Moyer) has quickly accepted his Hep-V positive status and makes the practical decision to update his last will and testament before his deadly condition worsens.

But much to Bill’s chagrin, the vampire is forced to take a number and spend his evening in the waiting room of a law office sitting among his fellow infected vampires. His symptoms are progressing extremely rapidly, and after his lawyer attempts to charge Bill $10,000,000 to add his progeny, Jessica, as his heir, the vampire chooses instead to kill the lawyer and her vampire bodyguard.

Having overheard Bill discussing his Hep-V status, Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll) calls her ex-boyfriend Jason (Ryan Kwanten) and asks him to bring Sookie (Anna Paquin) over so she can break the news of Bill’s illness to her in person.

Jason’s eagerness to leave his girlfriend, Violet, and rush to Jessica’s side is the last straw for Violet (Karolina Wydra), who makes the decision to break up with Jason in a note that simply reads, “Jason, relationship not working for me. Over. – Violet”

Also dealing with relationship drama, James (Nathan Parsons) decides to crash at Lafayette’s after his fight with Jessica and is convinced to provide Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis) and Lettie Mae (Adina Porter) some of his blood in hopes that they will get a message from her deceased daughter Tara.

Just as Lafayette’s cousin appears to be about to reveal something buried in her childhood yard, Lettie Mae’s husband shakes his wife out of the V trip and forces her to choose between what he considers an addiction to vampire blood and their marriage. For Lettie Mae the decision is painful but easy. Her “baby girl” comes first.

Sookie gets tested to see if she is the one who infected her ex-boyfriend Bill with Hep-V and discovers that she was indeed infected after using herself as bait to catch the mob of infected vampires that had been terrorizing Bon Temps.

Meanwhile, over in Dallas, Pam (Kristin Bauer Van Straten) and Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) have been silvered and restrained by the Asian hit men who have been after Sarah Newlin (Anna Camp). Just as the two vampires are about to meet the true death via the rising sun, Pam negotiates a deal to share the information that Sarah has a vampire sister living in Dallas and would likely be looking to hide out with her.

Their captor, Mr. Gus Jr., allows them to live but he and Eric argue over who will have the pleasure of killing the former pastor’s wife. Eric seeks revenge for her unleashing the Hep-V virus while Mr. Gus Jr. hopes to reclaim his honor after Sarah ruined his company’s True Blood manufacturing business.

Just as Pam had predicted, Sarah does attempt to seek refuge with her sister Amber (Natalie Hall). The infected vampire wants nothing to do with her traitorous kin until Sarah reveals she ingested a cure for Hep-V. By the time Eric and his new allies arrive, Sarah is nowhere to be found but Amber is showing no signs of the illness that had been killing her just hours before.

Back in Bon Temps, Sheriff Andy Bellefleur (Chris Bauer) should be enjoying his new engagement to Holly (Lauren Bowles) but walking in on his daughter, Adilyn (Bailey Noble), and Holly’s son Wade (Noah Matthews) in bed together puts quite a damper on the celebratory mood. After a fight between Holly and Andy, the couple attempts to turn their attention towards their lovesick children only to find they have run away.

Adilyn and Wade are enjoying alone time at Fort Bellefleur when they are once again walked-in on – but this time by Violet, who seems more interested in Adilyn’s fairy blood than the teens’ questionable relationship. Violet convinces the couple to ditch their cell phones and find a safe place to hide with her.

Just how “safe” Adilyn will be with Violet is yet to be seen. But with just three more episodes left until the series finale, there’s a lot of time for a lot to go wrong.
