Quintuplets, Miracle Pregnancies & Paternity Tests! OutDaughtered and Rattled Are Coming Back to TLC

Babies, babies, and more babies!

If you’re a fan of TLC’s baby-centric reality shows, you’re in luck: PEOPLE can exclusively reveal sneak peeks at two hit series, OutDaughtered and Rattled, both of which are returning to the network next month.

In the above teaser for the 10 new episodes of OutDaughteredAdam and Danielle Busby are busy juggling their quintuplets at home — and let’s just say they have a lot on their hands as the girls approach their second birthday. (Potty training, anyone?)

But that’s not the only thing the couple is dealing with: In addition to daughter Hazel’s ongoing eye issues and a potential second surgery, Adam admits he’s been “feeling off” and hasn’t felt like himself since the girls were born.

“Whenever you don’t understand something, you’re scared of it,” he confesses, before meeting with a doctor who advises he might be suffering from depression.

FIRST LOOK: Season 2 of Rattled

Rattled, meanwhile, is returning with a 10-episode second season. The series chronicles five couples across the country who are about to embark on the long journey of raising a new baby — and if the teaser (above) is any indication, it’s not always easy.

First up, there’s Aly and Josh, high school sweethearts who find out that Aly, a stage 3 cancer survivor, has miraculously gotten pregnant after years of infertility. There’s also champion pro wrestler Brooke and Weston, who struggle over who will be the breadwinner, and Krystal and Jarrel, who unexpectedly found out they were pregnant after breaking up — sparking a paternity test.

Rattled will also catch up with some of the previous season’s couples, including Ashley and Tyson Gardner and their “quad squad” (a.k.a their four toddlers), as well as Doug and Marsadie, who went through their fair share of ups and downs last season throughout the birth of their baby girl. Will a proposal solve their problems? Stay tuned to find out!

New episodes of OutDaughtered premiere July 11 at 9 p.m. ET, followed by Rattled season 2 at 10 p.m. ET, both on TLC.
