Posted on

Teresa and Joe Giudice might not be together for their 17th wedding anniversary this Sunday, but that doesn’t mean their romance isn’t still going strong.

“I don’t know if I’m going to go and see him that day, just because I have to check my girls’ schedule,” Teresa, 44, told E! News Sunday at the Mohegan Sun Resort & Casino’s 20th anniversary party in Uncasville, Connecticut.

“We put our kids first,” added the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, who shares four daughters with Joe, 44. “Then I’ll probably go see him the following day.”

As for what the couple has planned to celebrate the big day?

“He said he had a surprise for me, and that he wrote me a song,” Teresa said. “I gotta pitch it out there: He wants John Legend to sing it to me. So, we’ll see. You never know!”

The Bravo star says she visits Joe regularly in prison and the often communicates with her longtime love through sweet notes.

“I send him cards all the time,” she said. “He’s sending me a special card, too. I can’t wait to get it!”

“We’re going to be married 17 years … and I can tell he’s really into me still, which is a good thing!” she added. “I guess I’m doing something right. I can’t wait for him to come home and he can’t wait to come home, so obviously we’re doing something right.”
