Stacey Dash, best remembered as Dionne from Clueless, will be joining Fox News as a contributor, the network announced Wednesday.

The network said that Dash will “offer cultural analysis and commentary across various daytime and primetime programs.”

Asked by Elle if she had plans to run for office, Dash answered, “Eventually. Yes, I would love that.”

And she has the management to back it up: Dash hired Patrick Millsaps – a Georgia-based lawyer who briefly worked as Newt Gingrich’s chief of staff during Gingrich’s 2012 presidential bid – as her manager in December. (Update: Dash parted ways with Millsaps in May.)

In 2012, Dash called Mitt Romney the “only choice for your future” on Twitter, garnering responses both sympathetic and vitriolic. (Her Twitter bio currently reads, “I Tweeted something once,” an apparent reference to 2012.)
