And what better way to recount the biggest drama from the Big Apple than with the juiciest lines from Part One of their reunion?
I Tossed a Liquid When She Was in Liquid!
Ramona Singer didn’t exactly apologize to Kristen Taekman for tossing her wine glass at her while the model swam in the Berkshires, but she did (finally) admit “it was unladylike.”
“It was plastic!” Ramona protested. “My intention was not to hit your face.”
“She had a good gash in her lip,” Countess LuAnn de Lesseps (a former nurse) summed up.
“[Ben] was a good dancer, let’s put it that way,” Morgan coyly stated.
You Don’t Pick Your Parents
Ain’t that the truth, especially when it comes to Aviva Drescher, whose 76-year-old father, George, stirred up lots of emotions this season, from his never-ending sexual innuendoes and engagement to a 25-year-old to his touching of Taekman’s breast and feud with Singer.
But he did go too far with the Pinot Princess?
“I can never be in his presence again,” Singer told Drescher, insinuating his remarks were about necrophilia. “What he said was beyond b-a-d I know I can be unedited but what he did shocked me.”
“He’s vulgar,” agreed Drescher. “He’s inappropriate unfortunately, you don’t pick your parents.”
You Are Delusional!
Taekman accused Morgan of not living in the real world when she described the many successful “lifestyle” businesses she runs and the numerous staffers she employs.
“There’s not a person in this room who wouldn’t call you delusional,” said Taekman, while Heather Thomson added, “The only staff I’ve ever seen are interns.”
“Why don’t we ever see your businesses on camera?” asked Carole Radziwill, referring to Morgan’s varied ventures, from toaster ovens to perfumes.
“I have to stay very focused on the 45 people I’m paying,” said Morgan. “People pay me for branding advice.”
But it was the Countess who called her out.
“Sonja doesn’t live in reality,” said de Lesseps. “You’re scattered.”
“You’re a bully!” countered Morgan, but de Lesseps kept up the heat, saying, “You’re a liar, and you believe your own crap.”
The drama continues with Part Two of The Real Housewives of New York City reunion on Tuesday (9 p.m. ET) on Bravo.
