Rwanda: that’s hot. Paris Hilton, who promised to turn over a new leaf and embark on a mission of do-gooding after her stint in jail last summer, may become the star of a new reality TV series: The Philanthropist.

During her previously announced trip to trouble-plagued Rwanda next month, cameras will record Hilton’s every move for a potential reality series backed by celeb charity organization Playing for Good. The series would follow various celebs as they participate in events with their own favorite charities.

“I love having everything documented,” says Paris. “It shows what everyday life is like for me, how hard I work. There are a lot of misconceptions about me.”

So tell us: Are you buying the Hilton heiress’ new quest to become a world-traveling humanitarian? Or is this just another chance to snag camera time for herself? –Kimberly Potts
