With Christmas less than a month away, OutDaughtered‘s Danielle and Adam Busby are getting ready for the chaos.
Parents to 5-year-old daughter Blayke and 18-month old all-girl quintuplets Ava, Parker, Riley, Olivia and Hazel, the Busbys have been busy thinking of ways to baby-proof their home before the holidays.
“I’m worried how the gifts and the tree are going to stay there,” Danielle tells PEOPLE Now. One potential idea? Adding faux presents.
“I think I’m going to put fake boxes under it just to keep them entertained,” she says.
“Someone told me they took five big boxes and wrapped them so they couldn’t get really to the tree. I’m going to have to do some research and figure out how to keep the kids out of the tree.”
Since the quints are now walking and climbing, Danielle and Adam are doing their best to keep up with them.
“Last year they weren’t even crawling yet,” says Adam. “So this year it’s way different.”
Take a look at THIS picture from left to right! It summarizes exactly what it is like trying to take a picture of these quintuplets! 😂😳On the left, cousin Evyn and Ava – happy as all get out watching us act ridiculous trying to make them laugh 😆. In the middle, Parker and Olivia – "oh wait! You want a pic…I'll stop smiling" On the right, Riley and Hazel – "this is the end of me!!! Not another photo! 😡" #lifewithsomanybabies #quintuplets #picturetime #theirfavorite #itsabuzzworld
As the only guy in the house, Adam doesn’t mind he’s outnumbered.
“I was raised with two sisters, so all I knew were girls growing up,” he says. “If we had a boy, that could also complicate things — at least with girls they can all kind of share stuff, and that makes it a little easier.”
