In the words of the youngest member of the Full House family herself, no way José!
“The Olsen twins are teetering whether or not they’ll be around,” Ted Sarandos, head of content acquisition for Netflix, said Tuesday morning at the Television Critics Association press tour in Beverly Hills, California.
The twin sisters shared the role of Michelle Tanner, the youngest daughter in San Francisco’s favorite family from 1987 to 1995.
“It’s a show that’s very much in the spirit of the original,” Sarandos continued. “At the taping of the episode this past week, you know, when the cast shows up on stage, the audience reacts immediately, and the actors have fallen right back into these roles.”
“It has been exciting to see how they have built their professional careers, and I support their choice to focus on their fashion brands and various endeavors,” Boyett said in a statement at the time.

While the Olsen twins’ involvement is still unclear, much of the show’s original cast is confirmed in the reboot, including Stamos, Candace Cameron-Bure, Jodie Sweetin, Bob Saget and Lori Loughlin.
The 13-episode series will stream on Netflix next year.
