Marilu Henner took a fall on Dancing with the Stars Monday evening.
While dancing with Derek Hough on Team Future’s group performance, — also comprised of Laurie Hernandez and Val Chmerkovskiy, Jana Kramer and Gleb Savchenko, and Terra Jole and Sasha Farber — the actress took a tumble as she and her pro partner separated on the ballroom floor.
Just before Hernandez and Chmerkovskiy took the spotlight from Henner and Hough, audiences watched as the 64-year-old fell to the ground and quickly attempted to get up and make way for the oncoming pair.
But despite taking a fall, it wasn’t Henner who was sent home on week 7’s Eras night; instead, it was a fellow female contestant.
At the tail end of the show, host Tom Bergeron revealed that Kramer and Maureen McCormick were the two contestants that were in jeopardy of not making it through to week 8.
After learning that her scores combined with viewers votes weren’t enough to take her and pro partner Artem Chigvintsev into week 8, McCormick said of her time on the ABC dancing reality competition series, “You know, there were times where I felt like I was floating and so beautiful and I never ever thought that that could be possible in the dance world. And I mean the crew — the coolest, most loving people work on this show. I love you guys.”
Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
