Fans wanting to know more about Lindsay Lohan’s life certainly got their wish Sunday night on Lindsay.

While the bulk of the OWN series about the actress focused on Lohan’s struggle to revive her career and stay sober, the two-hour OWN documentary finale delivered a totally unexpected disclosure: She had suffered a miscarriage during filming.

The admission raised quite a few questions that largely went unanswered, but this is what Lohan did divulge in the series’ final moments:

The Miscarriage
Lohan, 27, said that her break from the show was due to a miscarriage. “No one knows this, and we can finish after this. I had a miscarriage for the two weeks that I took off,” she said.

“It’s a very long story,” she added. “I was sick. And mentally that messes with you. And watching this series, I just know how I felt at that moment, and I can relate to that girl, which sounds kinda crazy. But I’m like, ‘Oh my god, this is really sad, who is helping her?’ ”

The Sex List
Lohan provided additional details about the leaked list of her sexual partners, which she confirmed as genuine on Thursday on Watch What Happens Live.

“And you know that list that came out, that was part of my Betty Ford – it’s step No. 5 or step No. 8 – it’s your sexual inventory, and that was in my Betty Ford book, so that was really personal to my sponsor. You write that for your sponsor,” she said.

“So someone took a photo [of the list], and I’m pretty sure I know who it is, unfortunately, and they’re not a part of my life at all anymore. They might be on the show at some point,” she said.

She termed the disclosure “really unfortunate and disrespectful.”

“That’s something sacred to me, that’s something that I trusted with people that were in my life,” she said. “That’s not something I’d show anyone, besides my sponsor, who is also a very well-known person. The fact that that happened was not only humiliating, but just mean.”

The Altercation at Art Basel
Lohan also spoke about an altercation in which Paris Hilton’s little brother, Barron Hilton, was injured.

Although the assault reportedly took place at a house where Lohan was staying during Art Basel in Miami last year, she says she was falsely implicated.

“There were a lot of things that were said, some things that happened between other people, and because I had been a guest at the house a few days prior to stuff going down, my name was involved in it … It’s really frustrating because I didn’t have any part in it, so that really bothered me. So I moved to a hotel.”

The Struggle with Sobriety
Lohan recognized her struggle to recover from the destruction of addiction in a statement that she wrote to address the altercation with Hilton in Miami, but reading it on the documentary was the first time she went public with it.

“I am living proof of how one’s actions can result in overshadowing their talent and dreams,” she said. “I am working very hard on myself every day, trying to gain back the trust from the people that I admire, to get back on set and live the life that I know I’m meant to live.”
