Has Kenny Powers met his match in Lindsay Lohan?

The recently rehabbed actress – who appears to be taking her recovery seriously with the help of a sober coach – posted a photo on Instagram Tuesday confirming she has landed another acting gig.

“#back@work! So grateful today! :)” she captioned a sultry selfie.

Although Lohan did not specify what exactly she’d be doing, E! News confirmed she will appear in the fourth and final season of Eastbound and Down. The HBO comedy follows the downfall and rebirth of foul-mouthed former major league baseball pitcher Powers, played by Danny McBride, whose bad attitude and drug and alcohol problems wrecked his once red-hot career.

Lohan will play the daughter of one of the main characters, according to the report, and took part in a wedding scene set many years in the future – with her as the bride.

Since she was released from rehab on July 30, Lohan, 27, has guest-hosted Chelsea Lately and sat down with Oprah Winfrey for a frank interview about her troubled past (in addition to allowing OWN to film an eight-part series about her recovery to air next year.)

The Eastbound and Down role is her first since The Canyons, the largely panned movie released earlier this month but filmed prior to her most recent rehab visit.

The film’s director, Paul Schrader, recently told PEOPLE the entertainment community is pulling for her, and whether she continues to work is largely up to her.

“If she can create a reputation of reliability, and that’s her number one problem, she will have a career because people do like her,” he said.
