The first clip from the Lindsay Lohan docuseries is out – and it looks like her road to recovery is a rocky one.
“What’s left in that feeling? Nothing. There’s no party that I haven’t gone to, there’s no person that I haven’t hung out with, there’s no situation that I haven’t, you know, been exposed to.”
But when asked if the actress is actually staying clean, her sober coach hesitates and sighs.
Lohan was one of the hottest rising stars in Hollywood before her party-girl reputation squandered her career. After six stints in rehab, she is attempting a comeback, inviting the cameras of Emmy-nominated filmmaker Amy Rice along for the ride.
Yet, at first glance, Lindsay suggests that’s easier said than done.
In one scene, Lohan confronts her troubled father, Michael, telling him through tears, “You weren’t good for me for a long time in my life.” She also deals with paparazzi following her every move, and her signature tardiness threatens to ruin the documentary’s filming.
“You need to cut the [bleep], Winfrey tells Lohan during an intervention. “You really do.”
As the video ends, Lohan voices what everyone is thinking: This is her final chance at resuscitating her career.
“I know this is my last shot at doing what I love to do,” she says.
See how it all unfolds on the season premiere of Lindsay at 10 p.m. ET Sunday on OWN.
