Kourtney Kardashian is here to change your life – or, really just your Kit Kat consumption habits.
The star is dispensing some confidential candy-eating information in the latest video from her website.
“I’m gonna show you guys something that Kim [Kardashian West] taught me – I think we were like 7 or 8,” she explains in the new clip.
Kardashian, 36, says her special Kit Kat dining method “makes you eat less because you’re eating it so slow.”
The process? First, you break off one piece of the bar. From that piece, you eat just the chocolate off each end – it’s crucial that you don’t bite the wafer center yet.
Next, Kardashian advises to eat only the chocolate down the sides of the bar.
After consuming the delicious sides, you should remove the top layer, and, then, the bottom piece.

Finally, only “the best part” is left – the crunchy center.
“This tastes so much better,” the mom of three says. “I would never even dream to eat a Kit Kat and just like bite into it.”
