Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick Lounge in Cabo as Source Says He’s ‘Trying to Make Things Work Again’

Who says friendly exes can’t enjoy some pool-side fun?

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick were spotted on Saturday hanging out by the pool in swimwear during their weekend getaway to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

The pair — who jetted to Mexico via JetLux and stayed at The Cape hotel with their children — sported sweet smirks as they enjoyed food and played with a small soccer ball. Kardashian, 37, flaunted her fit figure in a colorful, leopard-print bikini while 33-year-old Disick opted for purple and pink swim trunks.

The former couple, who share kids Mason, 6, Penelope, 4, and Reign, 23 months, split last summer after a nine-year, on-again, off-again relationship. The Keeping up with the Kardashians stars have remained close since the breakup and continue to co-parent their children.

A source previously told PEOPLE that Kardashian and Disick seemed “very close and happy” while on the mini vacation.

“Scott set it all up and [it] was a way to try and make things work again with Kourtney,” another source said. “He surprised her and whisked her away on this trip.”

Both stars shared a photo of the getaway on their respective Instagram accounts.

Kardashian uploaded a photo of herself sitting at the edge of a pool. Disick also posted a photo of Kardashian, with the picture showing off Kardashian’s derrière.

They both captioned the shots, “Views.”

Although the source said Disick wants to make things work with his long-time love, Kardashian revealed in an August episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians that she is hesitant to rekindle a romance with Disick.

“Right now I can’t even wrap my head around that idea,” she said. “There’s so much work that would be involved and I’m so not even there yet.”
