In a sneak peek at Sunday’s midseason premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Disick opens up to Khloé Kardashian about wanting to keep himself occupied while his ex Kourtney Kardashian is away with their three kids for an extended period of time.
“You know this is going to be the longest I’m way from the kids and Kourt, ever?” says Disick, 33.
Khloé, 32, asks how he feels about it and Disick reveals he’s “kind of anxious.”
“I’m supposed to do some appearances,” he explains. “I just think I want to book my time so I don’t think about missing the kids and Kourtney.”
“But are you going to be on your best behavior?” asks Khloé, eyebrows raised.
“Worst!” jokes Disick. “No, I mean, it’s hard to be on amazing behavior when you’re at a nightclub or at a party.”
Khloé tells him to do whatever he thinks is best.
“Well, I usually would do it strictly because of money, because I like money,” he says before admitting he “could probably make money other ways that are healthier.”
“Why don’t you try that first?” urges Khloé. “You could go into your hobby of flipping houses.”
“I could work on my houses …” says Disick, before returning to the topic of nightclub appearances. “I’m still going to miss the kids. I just feel like if I went to Europe and did some parties I probably would totally not think about anything.”
“Think it through,” cautions Khloé. “And don’t just do it because you’re bored.”

In an on-camera interview, Khloé confesses she’s concerned about Disick (who completed rehab treatment last fall) returning to the club scene.
“In the past when Scott had downtime he would book parties and club appearances and nothing good ever came out of that,” she says. “So for him to even be thinking of booking a club appearance again really has me worried.”
And looks like Disick might tend to agree: Speaking to PEOPLE last month, the star admitted he was thinking about retiring from that particular line of work.
“I feel like [1 OAK] is a second home, but I’m thinking about retiring from the whole appearances. I’ve just been doing it for so long,” he said. “They just feel so repetitive. I love them … but part of me feels like I just can’t keep doing these for the rest of my life either.”
