The two sisters hit up a merry-go-round, and Kourtney, 36, shared a picture of them sitting on the same horse on Instagram.
“We hopped the fence!…anything for an early morning carousel ride with my boo,” Kourtney captioned the shot of the two smiling at the camera, wearing leggings, sweatshirts and sunglasses.
The sister outing comes amid a stressful time for the family, in particular for Khloé, 31, who has been dealing with her ex Lamar Odom‘s Oct. 13 hospitalization after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel.
“It’s been a tough few weeks,” she tweeted Wednesday.
Odom, 35, continues to receive treatment at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
A source told PEOPLE on Friday that the former NBA star’s kidneys are functioning well enough that he is off dialysis and will not need a transplant.
