With as auspicious a guest as Kelly Clarkson, you know Jimmy Fallon was going to pull out all the stops. And he did, dueting with Clarkson on an extensive medley that contained pretty much the entire history of pop music.

The pair cycled through duets from Sonny and Cher to Tom Petty and Stevie Nicks (a personal favorite of Fallon’s, it seems).

The highlights are probably Fallon’s Aaaron Neville impression (though he’s lacking the face tattoo) and Clarkson’s running man dance moves while Fallon raps MC Skat Kat’s part to “Opposites Attract.”
