Drs. Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow are back! Botched returned with a jam-packed premiere on Tuesday that featured Flavor of Love‘s Tiffany ”New York” Pollard.

She’d come a long way since Flavor of Love – or specifically her breasts had. In her interview, the formerly flat-chested reality star revealed that she’d told a plastic surgeon to do what he wished with her tiny rack and, boy, did he do a number on her. Post-surgery, her breasts dangled down to her belly button.

Pollard met with the doctors, who thankfully knew just what to do and decided to throw in a little nose surgery as well, because YOLO. But the surgery wasn’t without its complications. Nassif’s attempt to fix Pollard’s deviated septum took longer than expected, which forced Dubrow to put off her breast surgery.

“At the end of the day, being a really good doctor is doing no harm,” Dubrow declared. He told Pollard to return in two weeks and he’d give her a bosom to remember. And he kept his promise – her new breasts looked perky and beautiful. “They stand up, and they’re just ready to take on the world,” she said.

Also featured? Rajee Narinesingh, a.k.a. Concrete Smile. She always knew she wasn’t like the other boys and finally turned to hormones in her mid twenties. But that wasn’t enough. In her desire to live like an authentic woman, she also sought out black market injections, liberally pumping cement-like filler into her lips and cheeks.

At first, everything seemed fine. Then she woke up with a boil that soon exploded, leaving her face warped. The woman who gave her the injections is now in jail, but Narinesingh still suffers every day. “I’ve definitely had moments of loneliness since I got this face,” she confided to the camera.

Narinesingh charmed the doctors immediately. “She’s sort of like a huggable teddy bear,” Dubrow said. “Rajee’s one of the reasons you go to medical school.” The doctors examined her, but determined that she could lose nerve function if they tried to remedy her problems. For now, Narinesingh elected to live with her face as is. “I think the take home message for today is, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,” Dubrow concluded.

Last up was Cristina Horcasitas, a woman who suffered third-degree burns on her chin following a mishap with a candle. She tried to get the scarring repaired and ended up with a box-shaped face. But the doctors were hopeful that they could help her.

As the surgery began, the doctors discovered a lot of scar tissue from Horcasitas’ burns as well as her 10 previous operations. It made the procedure more complicated, but they were able to successfully pull in her chin enough so that she no longer looked like Marvel’s Thanos.

“It looks good,” Horcasitas’ father said, giving his daughter a thumbs-up. “I haven’t seen this shape in 20 years.”

“He knows that he really doesn’t have to worry about me as much anymore,” Horcasitas said. “Finally, I can smile!”

Botched airs Tuesdays (9 p.m. ET) on E!
