Blake Shelton had some fighting words for the guy who got arrested for sugar-bombing his Voice buddy Adam Levine.

Asked at The Voice Top Five show at Universal Studios on Monday if he had ever been in a similar situation, the “Boys ‘Round Here” singer said:

“Man, you know what, I can’t say that I have. It never ceases to amaze me how stupid people can be just to try – I can’t even imagine why,” he said.

Levine, 36, was attacked with a bag of powdered sugar while signing autographs outside of Jimmy Kimmel Live! last week.

It’s probably a good thing he has never been in a similar situation, Shelton explained, because he might have “stooped to that guy’s level.”

“I would’ve been the guy kicking him in the nuts … or something.”

But the country star wasn’t all that worried about his pal, who walked away unharmed after the incident.

“I could pretty much tell he was okay when I saw the picture of him with flour slammed across his face,” Shelton said. “I was like, ‘Well, he looks like he’s still standing upright.’ ”

Levine isn’t the first celebrity victim of powder-bombing. Reality star Kim Kardashian West was doused in cooking flour back in 2012 as she walked a red carpet for a fragrance launch.
