Jennifer Garner, dropping by a friend’s house in Beverly Hills for an afternoon visit. After returning from her family vacation, the actress has been settling comfortably back into her L.A. life.

• To celebrate its one-year anniversary, Les Deux was packed to the brim with young Hollywood and industry power players. Brody Jenner, Black Eyed Peas member and Lindsay Lohan came out to toast the club (though Lohan’s toast was alcohol-free, of course). While the night began with a cake, things got more exciting after midnight, when Samantha Ronson began spinning summer jams like Rihanna‘s “Umbrella.” While partying, Jenner stuck by Frankie Delgado – who has also been keeping close company with Hilary Duff lately. As for Lohan, she appeared after 1 a.m., sidling up to the deejay booth to say “hello” to her pal Ronson before she ducked back inside the club.

• Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine, starting off his night with a stroll through the Chateau Marmont’s lobby – complete with an entourage of buddies. The rocker, sporting a faux hawk, jeans and a black blazer, trailed behind his two male and three female friends as they trekked down the driveway in a hurry off to their next destination.

• NASCAR star Jeff Gordon was not sleeping at the racetrack while visiting Chicago. Nope, the new dad lived it up in the Windy City during a dinner at Chris Barish’s Martini Park, where he feasted on salmon poppers, Kobe beef sliders and crab cake corn dogs while listening to the live band with his friends.

Kanye West

Kanye West, channeling his inner-hipster at a DJ Steve Aoki-hosted party at Hollywood club Cinespace. Besides mingling with the indie kids, the rapper also greeted his DJ pal So-Me (who will be directing West’s new video). Sporting a vibrant hooded sweatshirt, the rapper spent his evening with DJ So-Me in the deejay booth, snapped pictures with fans and got down with some indie-rock tunes. But West wasn’t the only celeb there: Christopher Walken showed up, too. Really.
