Caught in the Act!

Gwen Stefani and husband Gavin Rossdale, taking a Parisian pause from the European leg of her Sweet Escape tour and playing perfect tourist parents, pushing a stroller around while scoping out the city’s sights. At one point, the couple stopped to show off son Kingston, 16 months, at a café next to Les Invalides before continuing their afternoon stroll by the Quais de Seine and the Eiffel Tower.

Pamela Anderson, relaxing with a spa manicure/pedicure at Nail Spa Lane in Santa Monica. The former Baywatch babe showed up with a female friend and, according to the salon’s manager, Anderson “seemed a bit tired and even closed her eyes and learned back in the chair during the foot massage.” Adds the manager: “[She was] very nice.”

• Before heading to the Emmys, Jamie Lynn Sigler bungee jumped off the 42-meter-high Kawarau Bridge in New Zealand. The daredevil then raced down mountain curves in a go-cart, acting, “totally fearless,” a source tells us. The Sopranos actress was in the country as a judge for the 42 Below Cocktail World Cup.

Paris Hilton, dancing like crazy as her song “Stars Are Blind” blared over the speakers at West Hollywood hotspot Les Deux. Overjoyed to hear her music, the heiress stood on the seats at her table, attracting (and loving) the attention. Joining her were sister Nicky Hilton and her beau David Katzenberg, who arrived earlier in the evening. Also there: Hilary Duff and sister Haylie, Brody Jenner, Frankie Delgado and Jamie Foxx, who was sitting with a huge crew of guys.

Shakira, taking a break from her summer studies to check out some music at the Viper Room in West Hollywood. The “Hips Don’t Lie” singer was accompanied by pal (and No Doubt bassist) Tony Kanal – and the two watched up-and-coming band the Ruse. Meanwhile, members of Maroon 5 had a guy’s night, hanging out at a nearby booth.

Jessica Simpson, cooling off after a session with her personal trainer in Beverly Hills. Later, the singer hit up Hyde in West Hollywood, sporting a Dukes of Hazzard-themed ensemble: cut-off denim shorts, huge wedge slip-on heels and a plaid flannel shirt tied in the front. At the club, Simpson said “hi” to her friends – including good pal CaCee Cobb, who was sitting at a front table with boyfriend Donald Faison. The girlfriends embraced for a long hug, swaying from side to side.
