Mally Beauty Mascara
Kaitlyn Frey, Style & Beauty Assistant: Finding your perfect mascara isn't easy, and more often than not, I'm disappointed by ones that I try. To put it frankly, this one blew me out of the water. While I normally like to layer two or three different ones each day (I know, I'm a bit crazy), when I tried this new formula from Mally Beauty, my lashes looked so long, curled and voluminous, I didn't even want to put on another. The icing on the cake? My equally as makeup-obsessed roommate thought I was wearing false lashes. Now that is what I call a winner!

Andrea Lavinthal, Style and Beauty Director: I do NOT need another tote bag. At least that’s what I told myself when my friend posted a pic of herself with this cute nylon style. Then I read her caption which revealed that the bag and the straps are reversible and you can add personalized flair with pins, snaps and tassels, and well, you can guess what happened next. I went with the silver/black carryall version (plus some smiley face and lip pins), but the camo print is cute too. Bonus: The bag is super lightweight and fits tons of stuff so it’s great for travel.

Dr. Dana Lips & Tips
Andrea Lavinthal, Style and Beauty Director: When this double-ended wand arrived at the office, I was about to add it to the giant bin of lip glosses and balms in the beauty closet (a place that's as magical as it sounds), when I realized one side was actually a gel-oil cuticle treatment. So clever! But where should it go in the closet — with the lip or the nail stuff? I solved this unique conundrum by putting it my own cosmetics bag and my lips and cuticles have never looked better.

Lush Spa The Planets Treatment
Kaitlyn Frey, Style & Beauty Assistant: For a lifechanging spa treatment unlike any other, you need to take the trek over to the Lush Spa in N.Y.C. The Planets treatment transports you to a tranquil getaway of a full-body massage, relaxing facial and hand massage that will release physical, emotional and mental tension. When you arrive to the quaint space, you pick a card out of a deck that features one of the nine planets. Then, your entire treatment is customized to what you choose. I selected Mercury, which meant my entire experience was based off of the word "release" - exactly what I needed after a stress-filled week at work.
The expert massage therapist uses all natural Lush Cosmetics products throughout the treatment, so if you're not ready to shell out the cash to do it yourself, you can create your own at-home Lush Spa experience. Just grab one of their face masks, a massage bar and moisturizer so you're good to go.

VICTORIA'S SECRET LACED-UP BRALETTE
Brittany Talarico, Senior Style Editor: I've recently ditched most of my underwire bras in favor of bralettes, and this new debut from the Victoria's Secret Dream Angels collection is currently at the top of my rotation. It looks so cute layered under a V-neck white tee or a button-down chambray shirt. It's also so comfortable that I feel very free while wearing it, but it still manages to give a nice lift thanks to the lace-up style.

SKINNY TAN 7 DAY TANNER
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: A roommate once forced me to count the number of self-tanners I had in the apartment. I think her goal was to shame me into purging, but it had the opposite effect. Those 21 (yep) different products only solidified my belief that I'm a bronzing connoisseur whose mission to test every one out there and report back to the world (read: pale, sunscreen-obsessed friends like me) could not be swayed. This one passes my test. Why? It gives instant color as well as a long-lasting one, it doesn't streak even if you're a lazy applier, it's paraben free and—this is a big one—it smells like coconut.

VRAI AND ORO "TRILLION" EARRINGS
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: I left my favorite teensy-tiny diamond studs in a hotel room last month so I've been on the hunt for replacements. I came across these triangle sparklers while scrolling Instagram and knew they were the ones. Simple enough to leave in for days at a time and funky enough to get noticed. LIVERPOOL JEAN COMPANY JEANS
Kaitlyn Frey, Style & Beauty Assistant: Shopping for denim is always a nightmare for me - the waist is too loose, the ankles bunch up too much and it feels too tight in the thighs. But this cropped skinny style from Liverpool Jean Company did everything but that. The jeans hugged every curve like they actually are supposed to, and the cropped ankle landed perfectly on my leg. Sharon Kanter, Deputy Style Director: I'm obsessed with the New York City Ballet -- call me cultured 🙂 -- which is why I think the collaboration the company did with Puma is so cool. THE FRYE COMPANY BOOTS
Andrea Lavinthal, Style and Beauty Director: I had a baby boy in November, just in time for the frigid winter temps. But that hasn't stopped me from logging miles with his stroller (the only surefire way to get an infant to nap!) thanks to these shearling-lined boots. Not only do they keep my feet extra toasty on even the coldest days, but they add an element of cool to my otherwise very uncool maternity leave look (stretchy leggings and a spit-up covered sweater). Sarah Ball, Fashion Market Editor: This gold collar is minimal, but when teamed with a white tee or black dress, it still manages to make a major statement. I love that it can be worn with something more formal (I'm pairing it with a black tie jumpsuit to a wedding I'm attending next month!) or with a casual outfit.

IRIS APFEL'S COLORFUL BIRD SOCKS
Sharon Clott Kanter, Deputy Style Director: I rarely wear a lot of color in my outfits — except for my socks. With those, I go wild. That's why I'm loving Happy Socks' new collaboration with one of the most fashionable senior citizen on the planet, 95-year-old Iris Apfel. My favorite of her designs is this one, featuring blue, red, white and teal birds — unique and fun, just like her.

OLD NAVY JEANS
Alex Apatoff, Deputy Style Director: I must admit, when I saw these, I was very skeptical of my ability to pull off a cropped, frayed flare. Then I put them on. My God, they're comfortable. They hit at just the right spot on my ankle. And they make me feel more "fashion" without any extra effort. Oh, and did I mention they're $37? Go buy a pair!

Sarah Kinonen, Style & Beauty Assistant: I've always been a big fan of matte lipstick. And lucky for me, this fall is all about the '90s-inspired trend. My latest obsession in a tube? Soap & Glory's Mini Matte Lip, which goes on smooth, doesn't dry out lips out and comes in five fun, vibrant shades. There's no doubt I'll be rocking this stick all season long.

ELIZABETH AND JAMES BAG
My brown leather crossbody is so worn at this point, it's practically black and blue. But I just haven't been able to find any other bag worthy enough to be my main bae. Enter this suede saddle bag. The color is gorgeous (and goes with more than you think), the gold hardware adds a little oomph and it's the perfect size for the essentials. Done and done.

Jillian Ruffo, Associate Beauty Editor: Despite the amount of notifications I set to remind myself that I'm out of toothpaste, I always seem to find myself rumaging through my bathroom for a mini tube from my dentist's goody bag. But with Quip's new subscription service, I can count on having a new tube of toothpaste and a fresh brush head for their (ridiculously chic) electric toothbrush sent to my door every three months. Crisis averted.

MANGO LEATHER JACKET
Sarah Kinonen, Style & Beauty Assistant: Last spring, on a whim, I bought a leather jacket from Mango. And ever since, I've worn it everywhere (the office, on vacation and even to and from the gym) and have gotten tons of compliments on it (even from celebs!). But because I've worn it so frequently, sadly, it might be time for an update. So come fall, I'll be adding this super-similar style to my everyday look (again).

POP AND SUKI CAMERA BAG
Catherine Kast, Editor: If you follow Suki Waterhouse on Instagram as religiously as I do, you'd known about her ultra-girlie accessories line with pal Poppy Jamie. It's finally out! One of the hero pieces is their candy pink camera bag, which can be can be customized in a bunch of different ways: You can buy different straps to make this purse into a backpack, fanny pack, wristlet and more and you can get your name embroidered on the bottom (for an extra $40).

Colleen Kratofil, Style Writer-Reporter: I saw a photo of Vanessa Hudgens wearing these black cutout sandals with baggy trousers, a tank top and denim jacket and thought it was a perfect outfit to wear during the transition between summer and fall. ISABELLA OLIVER CARRFIELD DRESS
Andrea Lavinthal, Style and Beauty Director: It's hard enough to find something that looks good on you when you're eight months pregnant, so imagine the added pressure of having to wear it for a style segment on the TODAY Show. Brittany Talarico, Senior Style Editor: One of my fall style resolutions is to downsize my bag colletion. COVET PAVE INTENTION NECKLACE
Sharon Clott Kanter, Deputy Style Director: I know I'm late to the game when I say this, but I just got into layering necklaces. And I'm psyched because the folks at Stella & Dot (yes, the people who made layering so easy with their affordable accessories) just launched a new line of fine jewelry necklaces featuring white or yellow gold and pave diamonds. The pieces look so delicate when worn by themselves, but I also love mixing this with my other necklaces to bring my new layering game up a notch.

Alex Apatoff, Deputy Style Director: I love the white sneaker trend, but the combo of general N.Y.C. filth and my innate lack of coolness makes it impossible for me to rock them on the regular. FRANCO & CO. SMOOTHING BRUSH
Catherine Kast, Editor: I've worn the boar bristles on my fancy brush down to tiny little nubs, but I haven't been able to bring myself to spend the $200 required get a new one. But when a friend loaned me this one for an end-of-day touch-up at the office, I fell in love with it. I decided I needed to buy one of my own, and googled it, expecting it to be as expensive as my former faves. This is where it gets crazy: It's only $22 and produces the exact same bouncy, shiny results! SWEATY BETTY POWER UNION JACK 7/8 LEGGINGS
Sharon Clott Kanter, Deputy Style Director: As a loyal gym rat, I hold leggings to very high standards. (I blame it on bad experience with unknowingly see-through black leggings and a subsequent flashing of my backside to my entire spin class.) Point is, I'm pretty pleased with Sweaty Betty's new launch, which is also beloved by Hilary Duff, Jamie Chung and Ashley Tisdale. These are not see-through at all, and the fabric is so stretchy that it's perfect for spin, yoga, weight training, running — basically anything. I'm also really into how the glossy stripes accentuate my shape, rather than cutting me off in weird places and making my legs look like sausage links. Overall, big win here.

ARTIS PALM BRUSH
Jillian Ruffo, Associate Beauty Editor: For years, I've been comitted to applying my foundation with nothing but my fingers. So when the Artis Palm Brush (yes, it's as big as it sounds) landed on my desk, I was skeptical. But after giving in -- and experiencing the smoothest application of my life -- I'm a total convert. CREED AVENTUS FOR HER FRAGRANCE
Jackie Fields, Beauty Editor: When you work in beauty, it feels like a fragrance launches every day. But the likelihood that one of these scents is so mesmerizing that even a faint whiff will transfix you is more rare than witnessing a lunar eclipse. The intoxicating combination of notes (among them bergamot, apple, rose and musk) in Creed's Aventus for Her does just that to me. Stopping me in my tracks every time smell it in the air, I am transported back to the first time I experienced it one sunny morning in a waterfront restaurant in N.Y.C. The beautiful aroma (and the blissful memory I’ll forever associate with it) was well worth the splurge.

Alex Apatoff, Deputy Style Editor: I've been slow to pick up on the bodysuit trend (unlike fellow editors Sharon and Brittany), but I have to admit it looks much better tucked into a skirt than a sloppy tee. ED BY ELLEN SUNGLASSES
Catherine Kast, Style Editor: Sure, summer is the sunniest season, but you do still need sunglasses for fall. I typically pick pretty classic pairs, but this style (designed by Ellen DeGeneres!) is my gateway drug to the land of daring eyewear. The Spa at Sea Island
Andrea Lavinthal, Style and Beauty Director: I've indulged in two prenatal massages over the past seven months of my pregnancy and while relaxing, they're not nearly as satisfying as the real deal since most therapists are hesitant to apply more than light pressure. So when I scheduled a Mama Mia treatment at the Spa at Sea Island during a recent trip, I didn't expect to have one of the best massages of my life. But that's exactly what happened. For starters, the spa itself is amazing. You wait for your service while lounging by a pond in a huge palm tree-filled atrium (see photo) where there's tons of yummy treats to snack on (I really appreciated the cookie selection). I told my therapist that I was experiencing neck and shoulder pain and asked her to do her best under the restricted conditions. Sixty minutes later, all of my knots were gone and I was practically crying that it was over. It was that good! (P.S. Two more oatmeal raisin cookies eased my emotional pain.)

AURATE PEARL EAR SKIMMER
Sarah Ball, Fashion Market Editor: I have a jewelry obsession that has taken a turn for the worse (well, at least for my bank account). My latest find: A piece from the brand AUrate, which has elimited the middleman, keeping their prices low and fair, while producing jewelry that is all real gold and ethically sourced. AUrate just introduced pearls into their collection, and I obviously couldn't resist, opting for a pearl skimmer made of 14K gold and real Akoyo pearls. The best part? Your purchase gives back. For each piece of jewelry sold, one book is donated to an underprivileged child.

BKR INITIAL BOTTLE
Alex Apatoff, Deputy Style Director: I'm slowly and painstakingly trying to make my beauty routine greener and healthier -- and one easy way to do it is by putting one of these glass BKR bottles in my apartment, my car, my gym bag, on my desk ... you get the idea. As any celebrity will tell you, drinking tons of water is the key to looking famous, and I like these bottles because glass doesn't leach harmful chemicals into the eight cups I'm supposed to be downing every day. KOPARI COCONUT BALM
Sharon Clott Kanter, Deputy Style Director: Being in the sun so much this summer has really dried out my skin, and it seemed as if no moisturizer I tried would hydrate my skin just enough. So last weekend I decided to test this coconut oil-infused bad boy and — I was shocked! — it totally worked. It's billed as a multitasker for super dry skin, so I put it everywhere (elbows, legs, arms, chest, etc.) and it smelled awesome, glided on smooth and gave me a nice, dewy glow that lasted all day and night. I heard it's tough to get out of the bottle if it's cold, so I stored it at room temperature and it was just fine. I used so much in one weekend, I need to restock, stat!

THE BODY SHOP TEA TREE OIL WIPES
Catherine Kast, Style Editor: Like the rest of the PeopleStyle team, I'm addicted to face wipes (see our top picks here). I've been looking for the perfect wipes to use after my morning pilates classes, when I'm not sweaty enough to merit a shower but still need to be fresh for the office. These are my go-to: The tea tree oil is a natural anti-fungal, so in addition to using them to keep my face clear, I swipe under my arms before applying my deodorant. It might sound like TMI, but it's been a post-workout game changer—I feel totally clean all over.

I was so pumped when I found out Gwyneth Paltrow and her team at Goop were developing a with them. My favorite pair from the 4-style capsule collection is these ankle-strap snakeskin flats. Something I do not: Their accessories budgets. But I received these beautiful shell-shaped earrings as a gift, and since this gallery is "What We're Loving," I had to share. A PEA IN THE POD PANTS
Andrea Lavinthal, Style and Beauty Director: Most fashion editors (and celebs) don’t “do” maternity clothes, preferring to size up in their favorite labels rather than embrace the world of stretch fabrics and tummy panels. I was in that group until recently, when at the six-month mark, I desperately needed some bottoms that fit my bump and the “just size up” strategy ceased to work for anything but dresses.
