Gomez, in New York City for the Glamour Women of the Year Awards on Tuesday, earned raves for her Giambattista Valli peplum dress, which she accessorized with Rupert Sanderson pumps, a swept-back ‘do, Le Vian amethyst and diamond earrings and a Graziela cocktail ring.
The second-place spot went to Lauren Conrad, who wore an A-line Paper Crown frock (of course) to the ShoeMint first anniversary party in Los Angeles on Saturday. The designer finished her look with a bow belt and nude pumps.
