The Duchess of Cambridge arrived in Auckland, New Zealand, for a day of sailing wearing a Breton-style top, navy blazer, skinny jeans and platform wedges, her favorite casual ensemble. (And it brought her luck: She beat her husband in a yacht sailing race!)
We’ve seen the royal wear this look several times before, including during the Royal Tour of Canada in 2011, the London Olympics in 2012 and at one of her first post-baby appearances last year.
On this occasion, instead of her oft-worn single-button Smythe blazer, Kate switched things up a bit in a double-breasted jacket with gold buttons from Zara. Want to buy one? Sorry, it’s sold out, as is the striped scoop neck top from British brand Me + Em.
Tomorrow the Duke and Duchess will preside over the opening of the Avantidrome cycling center in Hamilton. The forecast for calls for a break in the rain and sunny skies, which might mean that we’ll see Kate in one of the bright dresses from New Zealand-born designer Emilia Wickstead’s spring collection.
Do you love the Duchess’s “uniform?” Wish she’d mix it up more? Tell us below!
