For those of you who watch the Super Bowl for the commercials (no shame — we do it too), feast your eyes on this: H&M’s sexy game day ad starring a nearly naked David Beckham. The soccer star strips down in the first television spot for his bodywear line, which hits H&M shelves on Feb. 2.
“My design team and I spent 18 months developing the collection, it’s been a fantastic collaborative experience, and I’m very happy with the end result,” Beckham said in a release. “Like every fan, I’m looking forward to Super Bowl Sunday.”
In addition to Sunday’s ad, H&M is in the process of hand painting a revealing Beckham billboard in New York’s Herald Square, and videotaping the project. Once it’s completed — sometime during Super Bowl weekend — the footage will be shared as a time-lapse video on youtube.com/hm. You’re welcome.
