Olivia Wilde on Wedding Planning: 'I Trust My Eye'

Is anyone else a little jealous of Olivia Wilde‘s life? Engaged to Jason Sudeikis. Baby on board (that kid is bound to be super good looking). Amazing style (we’re still not over this gown). The actress has a lot of good things going on right now. She opens up to the online magazine Editorialist about her charity fashion endeavors, those upcoming nuptials and yes, her mommy wardrobe. Luckily, we have an exclusive sneak peek at the interview.

Forget maternity wear. Wilde says she’s making her favorite pieces work for right now: “I live in Helmut Lang blazers,” the star tells
, revealing her go-to brands are Rag & Bone and ALC. As for accessories? “I love my Acne boots and simple Jen Meyer jewelry — and of course, my vintage engagement ring.” (And we’re really loving that J initial necklace she’s wearing around her neck. It led to a collective “aw” from editors.)

And while the actress wouldn’t divulge too much about her wedding dress, she did say when it comes to planning her big day: “I just trust my eye.”

Right now, she’s busy focusing on her charity Conscious Commerce, a site that highlights cool fashion products with an added bonus: They are created ethically and give back.

“As a country, we spend over one billion dollars a day in retail,” Wilde shares. “We’re committed to tapping into those dollars already being spent and doing some good with them.”

Wilde recently collaborated with designer Yoana Baraschi on the “New Light” dress, sold now at Anthropologie, with some of the proceeds going to New Light India.

What other labels are on her radar? Isabel Marant, Marc Jacobs and Colette, to name a few. “I look forward to collaborating with all sorts of designers,” she says. “It’s a blast.”
