Braving Washington’s winter weather, Hollywood’s hottest stars are bundling up to support Barack Obama. What’s one thing Jennifer Lopez plans to wear Inauguration Day? “Ear muffs,” the Marchesa-clad star told reporters at the Latino Inaugural Gala Sunday evening. “Trying to be cute is out the window,” Rosie Perez told PEOPLE. “I have my long johns, and my tights, and my jeans, and my Ugg boots and my Kangol, Moscow-on the-Hudson hat and my down parka. I’m gonna be there. I just wanna watch.” CNN’s Soledad O’Brien slipped out of her ski pants and into her turquoise Adrianna Papell party dress once she got to the gala’s door. “I changed in the bathroom,” she said. “I have a bag full of long johns. I am wearing six layers today: ski pants, two layers of socks, boots, two turtlenecks and my shearling coat…It’s cold. It’s cold.” Freezing after the outdoor concert, Rosario Dawson said she was just happy to be inside. How will she stay warm Inauguration Day? “I don’t know,” she said, “just keep moving.” Click here to see all of’s inaugural coverage. — Wendy Grossman
