Khloé Kardashian may be 32 today, but she’s picked up a lifetime’s worth of anti-aging tips thanks to her time in the spotlight (as well as her big family of equally age-defying women). How does she do it? Well, she’s told us herself — so prepare to take notes.
1. She Switches Up Her Hair Color
Remember when the hair chameleon dyed her previously dark do an auburn tint “for about a week” in January 2011? Us, too, and it turns out the brand-new hue had an added effect on her complexion: “My skin looked so different,” she previously told PeopleStyle.
2. …and Constantly Cuts It
Earlier this year, while spending most of her time at Lamar Odom‘s hospital bedside, Kardashian called up hairstylist and close friend Jen Atkin to ask for a total makeover.
“I love my short hair now,” she previously told PeopleStyle. “I have always wanted to have short hair and I never thought I could. I just thought, that doesn’t go with my face. But when I look at my old long hair, I’m like, ‘Oh my God, it was so cheesy.’ I am finally saying less is more.”
She added that her shoulder-skimming bob makes her feel more her age, but in a good way. “Now, I just feel free, and very 30,” she said. “I also feel chic and not as cheesy — but I still love a cheesy moment sometimes.”

3. She Takes Great Care of Her Skin
With as much glam as Kardashian does for the cameras, she makes it a point to detox and de-gunk her skin at least once a week. Her favorite blemish fighter? A clay-based mask from Bliss. “This is one of my favorite masks,” the TV personality says of the Bliss Multi-‘face’-eted All-in-One Clay Mask. “I love how it gets deep down into my pores. That deep clean is needed about once a week.”
4. She Works Hard for Her Killer Bod
After dropping 40 pounds, Kardashian is more in tune with her body than ever before — but the star didn’t always think she’d be this fit. “If you had asked me two years ago if I would have the body I have now I would have said, ‘No way, my body can’t do that,'” she previously told PeopleStyle. “I have always made excuses, like ‘I am big-boned,’ or ‘I’m just not built that size,’ or ‘I could never be a size whatever.'”
But now, she says she doesn’t get caught in the number game: “I don’t weigh myself, I don’t believe in numbers.”

5. She’s Open to Anything – but Wants to Wait on the Injections
The star says she’s not afraid of getting older — and in fact, she embraces the unknown. “In 10 years, I don’t know what I am going to look like — facial, hair color, body, anything,” she told PeopleStyle. “But I also think that’s the fun of life. I hope I age gracefully. I believe in lasers and fillers — whatever makes you happy. But I am not obsessive about that stuff.”
“I just like to take care of myself,” she added. “I sleep with oils and lotions on my face every night and I focus on being healthy from the inside out, taking 20 vitamins every morning and drinking water. That’s how I want to age gracefully.”
