Gwyneth Paltrow has long loved to show off her glowing skin in a series of beautiful selfies on Instagram), but now she’s taking it to the next level by ditching beauty products altogether at last night’s launch of the newest addition to the star’s acclaimed skincare line Goop.

The 45-year-old actress went au naturale to celebrate Goop’s new goopglow Morning Skin Superpowder, a drinkable skincare product that gives you healthy skin from the inside-out. And from the look of Paltrow’s glowing complexion, we’re pretty confident that this stuff works!

“We absorb 60 to 80 percent of what we put on our skin,” she said in 2016, right before she launched the non-toxic skincare line. “So the idea that you’re exercising and trying to eat well and then slathering yourself with chemicals, parabens, and silicones — it’s not great.”

Paltrow’s been embracing the makeup-free lifestyle for some time now after incorporating her Goop products into her beauty regimen. Last year, the actress celebrated her 44th birthday without an ounce of makeup — and she loved it.

“#nomakeup for my 44th birthday, embracing my past and future,” Paltrow captioned her photo. “Thank you for the instalove #goopgoesmakeupfree.”

In addition to her all natural beauty routine, Paltrow credits weekly facials, daily exercises and drinking lots of water as the key to maintaining ageless skin as she gets older. “I was doing conventional products for my whole life,” she said of switching over to toxin-free products. “Then I started mixing it with clean. It was only really recently where I said, ‘Okay, that’s it.’ I read the last piece of research and I was like, I’m out.”

She’s also never one to turn down a cool new beauty treatment either. “I actually really like being the guinea pig. Some of my other girls are guinea pigs for stuff, too, but I enjoy trying things. I don’t necessarily endorse all of them, but I like to try them and write about them,” Paltrow said.
