Gwyneth Paltrow is making no secret of how she whipped herself into shape for her role in Iron Man 2: Her trainer and business partner Tracy Anderson. In her latest Goop newsletter, the Oscar-winner goes one step further, spelling out her entire Anderson-prescribed regimen for getting, as she writes, “into the shape of my life.” From her daily breakfast shake and post-workout kale juice recipes, to a 26-minute video of the exact leg-and-butt exercises that Tracy laid out for Gwyneth during the filming of the movie, the ever-svelte actress divulges all her get-fit secrets.
