In between her multiple movies — including her breakout, Like Crazy, and her newest project, HysteriaFelicity Jones found the time to be the face of both Burberry and Dolce & Gabbana The Makeup.

“I don’t stay away from many fashion or beauty experiments,” Jones tells “I’ve been wearing lipstick more since it’s become more popular again … I alter my look according to what I’m wearing. I like the process of applying makeup — it’s cathartic”

The starlet’s two beauty essentials include black khol eyeliner and rosebud blusher — both by Dolce & Gabbana. “If ever I need a quick fix these are the products I turn to,” she says. “I love a little definition on the eyes and a sweeping of pink on my cheeks. It makes me feel refreshed and a little more together when I don’t want to wear a full face of makeup.”

There are times that call for full makeup, though; in Jones’s case, for work. “As an actress, makeup can change your face [and] help you to create characters,” she says. “That’s when you realize how exciting it can be, how something as simple as combing your brows in a different way can change you. I’ve always liked the idea of the face and body as a blank canvas.”
