Drumroll, please! In honor of its 35th birthday, Essie is bringing back six of its most coveted shimmering nail polish shades — dating all the way back to 1981.

The iconic brand revealed five of the six polishes from the collection, Retro Revival 2016: Life of the party (2002), Sequin Sash (2005), Cabana Boy (2005), Bikini with a Martini (2006), and Birthday Suit, which was one of Essie’s original 12 shades in 1981.

But the final shade of the throwback collection — which we’ve revealed exclusively on our Instagram — is Starry Starry Night, 1985’s midnight blue that nail polish fanatics everywhere have been searching for on eBay all these years.

Yes, eBay. The shade was so loved that it sold in an auction on the site for $250 in January 2014, and fans of the color even sold jewelry that was painted with the polish — because the color is too good to wear only on your nails.

Just in time for the holidays, this glistening collection is just what your polish wardrobe needs — with shades from pearly white to dark, shimmering navy, it’s perfect for every occasion.

And the bottles, shaped exactly as we know and love them, are donned with shimmering gold accents, giving your vanity a minor upgrade as well.
