After suffering through a few weeks of extreme rain and heat at the beginning of the NFL season, lately, the games Erin Andrews has been covering from the sidelines are inside, which allows the star reporter to have more fun with her outfits. “I love working inside!” Andrews told us. “We fitted a ton of heavy and light jackets before the season, so we made a quick blazer run [for this week].”
When it came to finding the perfect blazer in a cinch for this week’s Washington Redskins vs. New Orleans Saints game, there was no question in Andrews’ mind which designer she wanted to go towards.
“Veronica Beard blazers fit so well,” she revealed.
The challenge of finding the perfect blazer is getting the fit just right, which Andrews says is never a problem when she shops pieces from Veronica Beard. The blazers are pricey (they average over $500), but the game day reporter says they’re worth the investment.
“Usually I have to get a lot of my clothes tailored. But these blazers fit without any alterations in a pinch!” Andrews told us. “They are perfect.”

To complete her look, the star wore a classic tucked-in white James Perse tee, dark wash Frame skinny jeans and white Adidas sneakers (on sale for 50% off now at Net-a-Porter!) that she didn’t originally intend to wear.
“I tried to break in a pair of slip-ons this week to go with my new blazer,” Andrews said. “I knew I was asking for trouble come Friday. I’m on my feet for eight hours during a game…so I need comfort.”
Once the star realized she wouldn’t be able to break in her slip-ons by game day, she needed to figure out an alternative footwear plan — stat.
“I quickly ordered a pair of these new Adidas kicks from Amazon, and they were at my door the next day!” she said. “Thank goodness. I felt like I could jog around the field with them…and today I don’t have any blisters!”
