Queen Elizabeth, meet the perfect prince!

A video has emerged from Saturday’s Epsom Derby horserace in Britain that shows a young boy greeting Queen Elizabeth in the most adorably proper manner imaginable – carefully removing his top hat and shaking the Queen’s white-gloved hand before sauntering off with a grin.

“Nothing defines respect better than a proper handshake!” the Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, wrote on his Facebook post.

The boy was identified in British press reports as Mohammed bin Ahmed Jaber Al Harbi and is believed to be an acquaintance of the Dubai royal family.

The Queen, 89, looked quietly amused by the dapper child as she chatted with friends and family in the paddock of the racetrack.
