Halloween has come early for Princess Kate and Prince William!

A group of mischievous school kids decided to have a little fun with the royal couple’s visit to Manchester on Friday morning by wearing masks of the royal family, including Kate and Will themselves!

Kate and walked over to the excited kids with a big smile on her face as she introduced herself to her little royal mini-me. William later joined her in chatting with the children from St. Phillips RC School in Salford.

“Have you taken the day off school today?’ William asked one of the kids before spotting the mask.
“Oh, is that really me?” he joked. “It’s quite creased, you look like you have been sitting on it!”

The kids, who also sported masks of Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles, Prince Harry and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, were giddy as they posed for photos at the event.

The royal parents kicked off their day with a reception for young people who are making a difference to their communities at the National Football Museum in Manchester. Kate and her soccer-loving husband (he’s also president of the Football Association that governs the sport in the country) then toured the museum.

Later, they will visit the Cenotaph memorial to pay tribute to the city’s six Victoria Cross recipients as part of the WWI Centenary campaign, as well as National Graphene Institute at the University of Manchester.

They will end their day by again honoring the legacy of Princess Diana by visiting a hospice that was famously opened 25 years ago by William’s late mother.
