After First Lady Michelle Obama embraced former President George W. Bush at the opening of the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, D.C., on Saturday, the Internet responded accordingly – with a Photoshop battle.

While many found the moment between the first lady and her husband’s predecessor heartwarming – like Larry King, who tweeted: “That picture of @MichelleObama hugging George W. Bush makes me smile…” – others on Reddit were more interested in seeing Obama hugging people and things other than Bush.

Sometimes former President Bush made the Photoshop cut – as seen here with John Travolta trying to get in on the action:

Or, perhaps best of all, as Bat-Bush – proving once again that the imaginations of Reddit users know no bounds.
