Clinton, 69, enlisted the help of the vice president, 73, for a new campaign ad encouraging citizens to make a plan to vote in the 2016 presidential election. The Democratic nominee shared the video on Twitter on Tuesday, captioning it: “Be like Joe Biden: Always make a plan.”
“Let me tell you something, this is important,” Biden says in the video. “This is like the whole secret of life. No matter what you’re doing, you’ve got to make a plan.”
Biden offers examples to illustrate that one must have a plan for everything — even mopping the kitchen floor.
“Start mopping the kitchen floor without a plan, I’ll tell you what, you could end up stuck in the corner for 10, 15, 20 minutes, surrounded by nothing but a wet floor and memories of your mistakes,” he says.
So, what’s Biden’s voting plan for Election Day?
Along with a group of staffers, Biden determined where he will vote (“Woodward Elementary”) and the train he’ll take to get there (“Amtrak to Wilmington, 4:55”).

“Actually, let’s do the 9:17. I want to make it back to the White House so I can show Barack [Obama] I voted and I have my sticker on,” he says.
“He’s going to be so jealous.”
