It’s with a heavy heart that we share the news of Uggie’s passing. The canine star of the Oscar-winning film The Artist died on Friday at the age of 13.
In his short life, the Jack Russell terrier enchanted millions of animal lovers with his on screen performances, won the hearts of countless celebrities and got his paw prints on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
That’s a big life for a little dog, and one that won’t soon be forgotten. To celebrate the joy Uggie brought into the world were taking a look back at the smiles he brought to some of entertainment’s biggest stars.
