They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but these portraits have bark! What fun would it be to have such an artful piece on your wall?

From terriers to pugs, Jo Chambers, a textile artist and illustrator from Bristol, England, loves to depict dogs in her Studio Legohead creations.

“Drawing dogs and capturing the characters of these canines is what I do best,” she writes on her Etsy page, “and continue to find endless joy doing so.”

Chambers’s illustrations feature a variety of breeds, and they’re often accessorized with jewelry, clothing or hats – “Whatever really I feel fits their personalities,” she writes.

Though most of her inventory includes postcards, which retail for $4.00, there is also a smaller selection of larger-scale drawings for sale, starting at $40.00.
