Fashion week is finishing up, but that doesn’t mean the style has to stop, especially for your pets.

As winter trudges on, it is important to keep your dogs warm in the severe weather, but that doesn’t mean they have to sacrifice looking chic.

PEOPLE TV’s Paws & Claws talked to Mindy Montney, the owner of canine clothing purveyor Dog & Co, about what the “it” looks are for pooches right now.

This season is all about comfortable sweaters and smart utilitarian outwear. There are cozy raincoats for canines and doggie backpacks too, allowing for you furry friend to carry their favorite toys and treats while staying toasty.

Big dogs shouldn’t fret. While there seems to be more clothing options for smaller pets, there are still plenty of companies making comfortable and cool wardrobes for larger dogs too.
