Country Star Miranda Lambert Designs Pendant for Pups

Posted on

Miranda Lambert has two ACM Awards, two CMT Award nominations and a sparkling engagement ring – but it seems her favorite piece of bling these days is the pawprint pendant she recently designed with Pennroyal Silver.

A delicate, sterling silver piece featuring the logo of her charity, MuttNation Foundation, the pendant hangs on a 16-in. chain and has the sassy singer’s signature imprinted on the back. Proceeds from online sales of the $75 piece – which is only available through June 21 – will benefit MuttNation.

Founded by Lambert, MuttNation raises funds to build animal shelters, increase pet adoption, promote spay/neuter programs and train shelter pups to become therapy dogs (basically all the things we’re passionate about, too!). The singer, who owns several rescue dogs herself, most recently adopted a teacup Chihuahua who’d been left in an Oklahoma dumpster.

Several artists – like Jordin Sparks, Jack Black, Jewel and Adam Lambert – have collaborated with Pennroyal over the years, together raising more than $40,000 for various charities.
