It was just like a movie.
Normally, Adele Live concertgoers are showered with white confetti adorned with lyrics from her ballads “Rolling in the Deep” and “When We Were Young” as the concert comes to a close.
But Sunday night, in honor of the pair’s fifth anniversary, Konecki finagled the system and filled the confetti machine with pink funfetti featuring handwritten love notes like “I love you,” “Love you long time,” “Happy anniversary” and “You are an angel.”
Sometimes it lasts in love, and Adele and Konecki’s relationship is a perfect example. Once the singer’s tour comes to an end in November, the couple and their 3½-year-old son Angelo plan to plant their roots in Los Angeles, where they will continue to live a down-to-earth life – and maybe have another little munchkin?
“My womb is starting to ache a little bit. It’s like, ‘Baby, baby, baby. Need a baby, need a baby,'” Adele, 28, reportedly told fans while on stage the night before Konecki’s epic move. “I’m not pregnant. I won’t get pregnant until the end of the tour.”
And the countdown is on.
