Sylvester Stallone has added yet another trophy to his awards season shelf.

The Santa Barbara International Film Festival announced this week that the iconic Rocky star will receive the prestigious Montecito Award.

The actor, 69, is once again being honored for his performance in Creed as well as for his “great contribution to film”

“Sylvester Stallone’s performance in Creed has reminded us of what a true talent he is and what a joy it is to share in his successes as the many beloved characters he has created,” SBIFF Executive Director Roger Durling said in a statement. “Since he first hit the silver screen as Rocky Balboa nearly four decades ago, he has been a force in the industry both on film and behind the scenes. He is a true legend in our field.”

Past winners of the Montecito Award include Jennifer Aniston, Kate Winslet and Naomi Watts. He will be honored on Tuesday, Feb. 9.

Stallone’s turn in Creed, in which he reprises his iconic role as Rocky Balboa, has already won him a Golden Globe and a Critics’ Choice Award for best supporting actor.

Stallone has documented his award season haul on Instagram, posting several snaps of himself walking the red carpet and preparing for the shows.
