In an effort to incentivize voters to head to the polls this November, Mark Ruffalo has agreed to go “Full Markie” (a.k.a. get naked) in his next movie if anyone besides Donald Trump is elected president.

Of course, Ruffalo’s fans were instantly on board. And now Hillary Clinton herself is approving the actor’s nudity pledge!

The Democratic nominee tells PEOPLE, “For the record, I was planning to vote anyway. That said, Mark’s a true patriot, I’m sure he won’t let America down.”

Ruffalo initially seemed reluctant about going full frontal when he appeared in a star-studded video for Joss Whedon’s new super PAC, Save the Day.

“They should just vote because it matters, you know? Don’t you think?” Ruffalo deadpanned in the PSA that also featured a “shit ton” of other celebrities, including Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Neil Patrick Harris, Julianne Moore and Jesse Williams – all of whom were equally enthusiastic about Ruffalo bearing all.

And now that Clinton has formally accepted Ruffalo’s offer, how can he say no?

The politically active actor was a vocal Bernie Sanders supporter before the Vermont senator lost the nomination to Clinton in June. Ruffalo was quick to congratulate the former secretary of state on her “historical win,” however, and soon became a Clinton convert. On Tuesday, he tweeted about one reason why he wants a President Clinton over a President Trump:

He also retweeted a message criticizing Donald Trump Jr.’s recent tweet comparing Syrian refugees to Skittles and declaring “#ImWithHer.”

No matter what happens in November, Ruffalo will no doubt go down in history as the kind of guy who asks not what his country can do for him – but what he can do for his country.
