‘Tis the season for holiday cheer, and movie lovers are getting early gifts in the form of awards-worthy films. But which movies will win big and which ones won’t make it beyond the buzz? We’ll be a little closer to know who’s a contender as the Critics’ Choice Awards announces its movie nominees.
Entertainment Weekly is excited to live-stream the nominations right here, beginning at 9:30 a.m. ET. The nominees will be announced by PEOPLE Now host Andrea Boehlke and Bingeworthy and EW Radio host Jessica Shaw as part of a new partnership between A&E Network and Entertainment Weekly. We’ll also provide all the content you could possibly want leading up to the show, including a one-hour special where EW editors, writers and critics will showcase the year’s nominees and their achievements.
The 22nd Annual Critics’ Choice honors the best in film and television, and airs live on Sunday, Dec. 11 at 8 p.m. ET on A&E.
T.J. Miller (Silicon Valley, Office Christmas Party) will be the host once again this year. Be sure to tune in early to catch the Critics’ Choice Awards Nomination Special at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT and the Critics’ Choice Red Carpet Live at 7 p.m.
