Take note all you romantics, here’s how to write an epic love letter!

Reddit user dreichart87 posted a photo of the first ever love note received by his fifth-grade niece Abby, with the caption, “This 5th grader has more game than I’ll ever have.”

And, we agree, it’s pretty much the best thing that’s ever been written.

The attention to detail is incredible – the suitor dots every “i” with a heart on the cheetah-print stationary (although dreichert87 comments that “the boy had other girls in the class help with the decorations”). He then goes on to compliment Abby, make a Pokémon reference and a promise to accept her for playing Zelda — “even when people think it’s weird.”

“Dear Abby, your eyes remind me of the evening sky. My heart felt like broken glass until I saw you, and then I felt like I had every Pokémon ever. I love how you play Zelda even when people think it’s weird. If you liked me back it would be my first ever victory,” he wrote.

One Redditer claimed to know the genius behind the unnamed writer.

“No need to cover the name, clearly Shakespeare,” the user commented.

If that’s not true love, we don’t know what is.
