Two daughters are doing everything in their power to take their terminally ill mother on her final vacation.

Christina Smith and Michelle Williams’s mother, Julie Williams, was diagnosed with breast cancer nearly one year ago, according to KEZI. After a mastectomy and seven months of chemotherapy, they found out it had spread under her sternum and is not considered treatable.

The sisters, from Veneta, Oregon, created a GoFundMe page to help with the costs to take her on the trip of a lifetime.

“Knowing that she doesn’t have much time left, I want to give now, before it’s too late,” Christina told the news outlet.

They plan to take her on an exotic trip far away from home.

“She’s always been like, ‘I want to go to Hawaii and swim with the dolphins,'” said Michelle.

The sisters described their mother as caring, loving, selfless and gentle – someone who would do anything for anybody.

“It feels amazing to be able to give this gift to her, because she’s given so many things to us over the years,” said Christina.
