He has six older brothers and just one older sister between the ages of 22 months and 15 years old. Baby Ruby made a big splash when she was born almost two years ago because she was the first girl in the family of all boys.

"She wants to eat him," mom Cher Lair says of Ruby meeting her baby brother. "She keeps saying she wants to hold the baby. When she came to the hospital to meet him she stuck her arms straight out and said, 'Hold baby, hold.' "

Video of the family's gender reveal party announcing they were having a girl went viral. So did video of Ruby's adorable first birthday.

"She is the superstar of the family," Lair tells PEOPLE. "For a hot second the boys were not thrilled that Fisher was a boy because they love Ruby so much, they were thinking they’d like another girl. But now that they’ve met him I think they feel like they’re adding to their tribe."

The 38-year-old stay-at-home mom homeschools her tribe so she is grateful this baby came during summer break.

The rest of the boys are keeping busy because they are all on the swim team and Ruby loves tagging along with her older brothers.

Dad Stephen, 40, runs a senior care center.

The family is now so big, they can only get around in a special Sprinter van that Lair likens to a delivery truck. "It holds 12 so we have room for two more!"

Lair says she and her husband aren’t 100 percent sure Fisher will be their last child.

She admits — Ruby's status as queen bee remains intact — for now.

“I would never say done! I mean I’m old at this point, it’s physically a whole lot tougher to care for kids now than when I was 23 and had our first."
